Yesterday at 4

Got to the 4pm appointment yesterday, only to find out the guy left for Washington DC. A waste of time, even though the meeting is reset for next Monday. Why do people do that to sales reps?

    I've read almost all your books and have found them to be brilliant. Your ability to share what works in the 'real world' makes fascinating reading. I am involved in the Network Marketing industry and have found a lot of what you write applies so much to what we do. Stephan, have you thought about writing a book specifically for Network Marketer's...I think it would be a winner.
