Long time, thanks for hanging in

I am back. As I mentioned before there has been a lot of activity lately. We just landed another deal where I will be going to RUSSIA to work with one of the largest investment banks there. It should be very interesting.

I hope that your business is going well, and that the prospecting that you did months ago is paying off big time. And, don't forget that you need to prospect every day.

The new book that I am working on, "How to Beat the Born Sales Person" is about half way though, and I will let you know when it is done. It should be in the store next spring.

Most of the ideas that I get for the books comes from other sales people. If you have a suggestion, let me know, and who knows! it could end up in a book.

As busy as we are here, there is still time to relax and check what we are doing. Maybe a good idea is for you to take a little time and go over your activity for the last few months, and check that you have been working effectively.

Stay focused, and good selling,

Steve

“How to Beat the Born Sales Person”

Stephan, I can’t describe how much that title appeals to me.

I’ll get a copy as soon as it comes out.

I just finished the final details on my new website and am now looking for a sales position.

I understand you’re incredibly busy — busy as you should be! — but if you get a moment to review my homepage, I'd be grateful. You can even leave a comment for me there; that would be helpful.

As a person who has hired and trained many salespeople, you would be the best person to tell me how close — or far away — the site is to assisting me to accomplish my objective.

On August 29th you mentioned a guy asked you about a job, you called him, and he never called you back?

Wow, that is crazy. That’s actually my unique selling proposition I’m focusing on: Being a salesperson who is organized enough and has systems in place to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Also, I’m from Canada where we have many French Canadians. Can you tell me if your name is pronounced as “Steven” or “Stéphanne”?

Watch for my follow-up comment... I have more to say about your business in Russia.

RUSSIA... I've heard that it is more attractive women per capita than any place on Earth outside of Fresno.

Well, this is business so that surely doesn't matter. And the opportunities there must be moving at a fast pace.

I find it encouraging the Russians are taking sales, entrepreneurship, and personal productivity so seriously they are hiring outside consultans. Politically and personally this is satisfying.

What are you going to be doing for your clients, Stephan?

Here in Canada, I'm looking for a great sales position. One day, I may take it overseas and do the same thing in Australia so I can be with an extraordinary lady.

Hope you and family are well.
